An Authentic Andhra Meal

My home state Andhra Pradesh is the largest state in southern India. It has a rich history and culture which date way back to the age of Mahabharata. The state is broadly divided into Kosta, Telangana and Rayalaseema. Each region has its own unique dishes like different kinds of pappu(dals), vepulu, pachadllu and many more. Our meal today is , palakura pappu(spinach dal), dondakai vepudu (Tindora fry) with rice and red chili pachadi. My entry to RCI hosted by Latha of Masala Magic
